We are a professional agency which specialises in placing quality teachers in London Primary Schools on both a supply and permanent basis. Integrity Education goes to great lengths to screen all of our teachers to ensure the educational needs of children are served in a safe and professional manner. 

We undertake, without exception, all of the following checks on all of our teachers to ensure peace of mind and safe professional outcomes for children.

•    Identification Verification
•    Immigration / VISA Status verification
•    Qualification Verification
•    Fitness to teach screening as per DfES Guidance May 2007
•    CRB & List 99 Checks as per DfES Guidance January 2007
•    Two work related reference checks
•    In depth interview discussing past experiences and covering areas such as behavior management strategies, National Curriculum knowledge and key areas the teacher wishes to work in.
•    All teachers registered are issued with a Integrity Education Photo Identity Card in addition to their photo being sent electronically to the school. This is an additional measure we take to ensure your schools security.

All teachers supplied through Integrity Education are monitored in-post to ensure the needs of schools we work with are professionally satisfied. Teachers registered with Integrity Education have access and are encouraged to part take in top quality effective continuing professional development courses. This serves to ensure Integrity Education teachers are well equipped to serve schools in the most professional and effective manner.
